With the help of over 15 hands-on team/individual exercises, role plays and a case study, this 5-day instructor-led ISO 22301 Lead Auditor Training Programme enables participants to gain an in-depth and practical understanding of the ISO 22301:2012 audit requirements. A great deal of this workshop duration is spent on hands-on audit activities so that by the end of the workshop, participants would have conducted their first hands-on BCM Audit in a “safe” classroom environment. The exercises simulate a real life on-site audit of BCMS documents such as the BCM policy, BIA, RA, Plans, Exercising and Testing etc. Other than the Documentation Review, the workshop will also cover interviewing skills related to data collection and establishment of findings, together with role-playing some of the steps involved in planning and managing BCM audits.
Our Trainers for this workshop typically possess 2-3 certifications in BCM (MBCI, CBCP, ISO 22301 LA etc), and have 5-10 years hands-on experience in both BCM and Audit. This workshop is designed to give an overview of the standard ISO 22301 and the steps required to implement a Business Continuity Management System using the same. ISO 22301 was released in May 2012 hence this is the first and right step in understanding this new standard for implementation, migration (from BS 25999 or any other standard), preparing for being audited or auditing according to ISO 22301. Training methodologies include classroom training, videos and group discussions. Knowledge checks and quizzes are made use of in order to enhance the participant learning experience and knowledge retention.
The workshop will be followed by a 25 questions, 30 minutes, exam of objective type questions. Those who clear this exam (scoring minimum 60%) will receive ‘ISO 22301 Professional’ certification.
